Rita Pierson
Rita Pierson is a powerful inspirational speaker. In this presentation, she discussed the importance of educators developing relationships with their students. I hope that you enjoy this presentation as much as I have each time that I watch it.
As I continue with this journey, I learned a lot within this course. I really enjoyed having the opportunity to observe different childcare and school settings. Even though the observations were something different then what I was use to, I know that with continuous practice and research I will become better. Also I would like to thank all of my colleagues for providing their views and feedback through our weekly post and blogs. Thank you Dr. E for your feedback for each assignment. You always motivated me to keep pushing and I greatly appreciate that. Best wishes to everyone as we continue through this journey, making a difference in Early Childhood Education!

Hi Kiara . Thank you so much for sharing the video. It was so inspiring. It gave me goose bumps. I loved it,especially the part about her putting a plus 2 instead of a minus 18.
